Langkah Maju Konsultan is a single-page company profile website built for an HR & SDM consulting firm based in Surabaya, Indonesia. The primary objective of this project was to establish a credible digital presence and improve client trust during the early stage of business discovery.
Prior to the website, potential clients often searched for the company online but could not find an official profile, leading to a significant drop in perceived credibility before any consultation occurred.
The client faced a critical issue in digital legitimacy. Despite having an active consulting service, the absence of a structured online presence caused hesitation among prospective clients, especially during the initial trust-building phase.
The challenge was to design a website that not only presents information clearly but also actively converts visitors into consultation leads.
